Wow. That color works perfect with those wheels and stance. It would not look the same in any other combo, good call.

I dig this. Mixing hot rod and custom in good taste is difficult but when it's pulled off its awesome. Great car.

Got the Falcon back from paint. Lace looks great. At this point, I need to finish removing the remaining floor coating, recoat, wire, and Dynamat the interior. Also need to take care of the steering wheel and column.

I gotta tell you, when I saw the title of this thread I thought it was going to be horrible. (My first thought was "a Falcon can't be a kustom!")
But you are building a beautiful car!
That color looks fantastic on the body style, and everyone is right about the wheels looking great as well. Can't wait to see the interior.

McTim64 is tearing this apart. I'm really fortunate to have Tim building this. If you haven't seen any of his million other incredible projects (including the LSR Ford Uni, and the Y-Block powered FED) look'em up.

I agree, the lace DOES look great! Appears to be on the subtle side, and not in your face.Works well!!

Thank you fellas. The change in lace color was the wife's idea. She's got good taste.

I really dig what you're doing with that ride!
    Very kool!
Falcons can be customs. Here's a pic of mine.
Not as cool as yours for sure.

Maybe I've crossed paths with you, I'd imagine, many times....

I have a question about your Falcon. Is this the same one that back in the 80's was all white, no flamage at that point, and had a simple louvered hood? Real clean interior too. Seemed like it just had dogdish caps back then?

Yeah, that probably me. It was a bone stocker when I first got it many moons ago.
Then I started the changes...lowering, louvering, etc. I've had various hub caps on
it through the years....even no caps.
