34 front sheetmetal for sure. I can't see the doors or the cowl? Of course the headlights aren't stock either.
Lord Jeezus... let's just hope it doesn't end up like the car in your avitar! Maybe build a traditional hot rod out of it? Keep the patina? Build it up like an old hot rod? Sam
They said it's a 33 coupe. It isn't a 33. Just feeling them in on some of the details! It's a really cool car either way!
You dangd ol' canuks keep your hands off our American iron and we'll keep our hands off your maple syrup! Nice score!
33 hood has slight curve in hood louvers. 34 louvers are straight. 33 has one hood handle. 34 has two hood handles. Harley
I live in langley b.c. Canada. I am 30 minutes to the washington border. I guy i know lives in washington state. I called him and askd if he knew anybody in his area that might have a 33 34 ford 5 window for sale. A week later he called me. He said he mentioned to his dad (now long retired )that i was looking for a 33 34 ford coupe. His dad said in high school he and his school buddy would drive to high school in a 33 34 ford hot rod coupe. He said i will contact bob and find out what ever happened to the old car. Bob said " i still have that old car in my garage" would you like to sell it ? Yep, i am never going to do anything to it now.car has not been driven in 49 years. Last plates on it were from 1963. I was contacted to see if i would like to see the car. My friend said it was a roller and had not actually seen it himself. I said i would like to see the car. Old bob opened up the garage......wow !!!!!....wow !!!...i bought it. Thet are out there.
It looks to me as if the louvers are curved like a '33 but the grille and everything is '34. Maybe my monitor is going bad, ha! Anyway, congrats on a bitchin' car!
Man, looking at that car makes my heart hurt....I really cant think of anything else car wise I would rather have at this point except for that car.
