Thanks guys, that's very kind of you and yes the car is insured but only for the money I had in it not the labor. I should have had better security.

People park high dollar cars on busy streets all the time with the keys in em, HOPING someone will steal it. If a 'hole wants to steal something he is gonna find a way to get it. This bites the green weinie and I hope your car is found ......quickly! I have had 3 vehicles stolen and recovered in my time (all o/t but cool rides). Each one was treated harshly but I was glad to get em back. peace

I keep hoping to see this pop up with a recovered story, one that includes stupid thieves running over themselves with a ramp truck while trying to escape.

that would be nice, or they could just man up for a second and leave it at the corner, before the heat gets too high

I've spread the word on other forums I'm on. You never know, alot of times people spot these stolen cars somewhere on trailers. The more people on the look out the better.

  19. I check this thread every day hoping for good news. I don't think us HAMBers will rest until this one is back where it belongs. The HAMB is one damned big posse and there is a lot of heat on. I'm hoping this car shows up soon.

It must be a real pain in the ass to hide a 32 Ford.......hope they decide it isn't going to be worth the risk, and decide to return it.

Thousands of car nuts are looking for this hot rod....the word is out.

Hope they know it will be impossible to part it out, and not get caught.

They are stupid, but surely they can't be THAT stupid.

I agree, it isn't like they are hiding a Honda that blends in with every other Honda in the world. This car has some very distinctive parts and features, not to mention a very bright color.

It boggles my mind why this hasn't been made a STICKY. When it comes around to help support the forum itself, i will remember this thread, and how management has distanced themselves.

I'm surprised too that it hasn't been stickied too. That Cadillac that got dinged at the drags was nowhere near the loss one of our own experienced, but it was made a sticky and kept up there forever.

But we members are doing a good job of keeping this on the front page......sometimes you just have to do things yourself. :)
