So I didn't know Gumby had a T-Bucket... http://bangshift.com/blog/fun-video...-drags-and-a-high-speed-claymation-chase.html Repost, sorry. I should have done a better search...moving on.
old news to me. I used to watch Gumby all the time when I was a child back in the 60s Used to be crazy about Gumby and Felix the Cat.
We were hiking deep in the Sirras in California when we came upon Gumby siliconed to a rock on top of a cliff. One arm up in a wave. It might not have been in the middle of nowhere but from where he was you had a 360 degree view. He might still be there.
The T is not the "Big T" from Monogram; I think it is the Lindberg 1/8 T! So...a real period hotrod in Gumby size...
Good job Joe... I remember Susie the Little Blue Coupe from bein' a kid. I don't remember seein' this Gumby Smokey
But he spell checks. That used to be my fav show growing up. Now, Pokey... yea,... I mean "Pokey"? Really?
Roger that... I believe all of the T's in the film were Lindberg 1/8 kits, some modified a tad. Granny's car appears to be some sort of wooden toy. Gary
The only civilian cars that went by were MG-TD's...there must have been some British car event that day. I wonder if that $17.95 tune-up special is still on?
Too funny. Brings me back. I used to watch Gumby all the time. But Gumby told the Officer that it was a green hotrod. Looked blue to me.
Huh! And here I thought the only thing Gumby rode was Pokey! I'll let you guys have your own visuals on that.
Yep, this is pretty awesome! Don't remember seeing this episode, when i was little there were re-runs on PBS i used to watch.
