Anyone else have a garage mascot ?

Lmao why would you keep that lol that makes me laugh so bad. When i think of out of this world characters in our trade i think of him haha. Post a pic.. i wabt to laugh more.... haha thanks.. i needed that. You made my day

This is Sasha "The slut puppy" who used to watch over the shop and myself. But now she watches from above The second pic is of her watching over my heart. Her ashes are embedded in the tattoo ink. It's from a pic of her in my sidecar where she spent many hours riding with me. I sure miss her.

When my brother moved out he left his life sized Captain Picard theatre display cutout behind so I may just make that my shed mascot. Freaks you out big time if you come in in the dark and turn the lights on I tell you.

 

This is whiskey. The shop is his favorite place in the whole world. This is his happy face.

I have a pitbull names Jazz and whenever someone walks into the shop they stop dead in their tracks when they see her and they all ask the same question does she bit !!!!!!!!

She has been with me for 14 years now and we think the world of her.

If you know her she is a sweetheart and if you she does not know you that's another story.

My golden does not like loud noise.

 

My father has an 8 year old Shetland sheep dog named Katie. I like the think of her as an early warning system.

This is Smokey, sitting on the floor of my '36 3W project. He's a feral cat who's been hanging around for the last 6-months or so. Must have been a "dump", as he lets me pet him and pick him up. I can't get him to come into the house, but he loves following me around in the shop.......until I start making noise ! No idea how these critters survive in the REALLY cold weather we're having.

 

Gave us the book "How to Serve Man" ? (Turned out it was a cookbook)

"Little Jimmy" and Mr. T keep an eye on things when I'm away.

 

My buddies...Gracie and Oliver ....they spend as much time in the garage as I do!

 

Mascot ? I have a skunk that has been living in my garage. I haven't seen it yet but every now and then I can smell him. The scary thing is I don't know what he has been spraying. It really smelled in there a couple days ago...

 

I know! They find a spot with no drafts, then they fluff up their fur and sit stock-still until dinner . . . like these two are doing today:

Meet Grease Girl, my shop cat. I named her for Kristin "Grease Girl" Cline, a hottie pin-up girl (all the hotter for the grease under her nails), who drives a cool Studebaker coupe just like mine.. Soon after we rescued Grease Girl, she got pregnant and gave birth to three lovely gray kittens who look just like their dad, our local feral cat. The kittens were Greased Lightnin', Grease Monkey and Axle Grease. Lightnin' and Monkey found new homes right away, but Axle is staying with us. They keep me company in the shop until I start making noise, then they saunter over to the barn to see if the horses dropped any grain during breakfast.





After the kittens were born, we set a live trap and captured their daddy (the feral cat formerly known as Tom) and took him for a visit to the vet. Oddly, he doesn't hold it against us. He still comes to visit Grease Girl and his son regularly, mostly to check whether they finished THEIR breakfast.

 

Rex was only 6 months old in this picture, he's now almost 8 lbs. and loves being in the garage with me.
