Neat toy

    I just picked up this awesome toy. The older gentleman I bought it from said it was in the loft of the barn when he bought the farm in the 50s.

    Wow, I've never seen a peddle car like that..Pretty neat..Looks like a pulley between the peddles; round belt drive to the prop? I'd only rebuild enough to make it operational..

    Just clean it up,... and seal it with Renascence, Micro Crystalline wax.

    My Grandson Ike,... In his modified re-pop.....

    that will be gorgeous when its cleaned up and painted in bright fresh colors
     
  11. I would definitely leave it as is except for a VERY light cleaning and the RenWax.JMHO.Getting it functional(if the prop is supposed to turn when driven)would be OK.

    That's really cool. I wouldn't restore it, it's only orinal once.

    I use to play in one of those on my Grandpa's farm when I was a kid. Long time ago. Thats cool as hell. Leave it alone. Lippy
