You blessed us with your presence. I could only dream to live the life that you led, and boy did you live it. We'll see you on the other side brother.

Norm was truly an Originial. And always one of the best in spreading the word of Rods & Customs everywhere he went.

I was privileged to spend time with him on a number of occasions, and his stories that I've documented in my Interviews are just super...and always tinged with a hint of the great sense-of-humor he had.

I'll be placing a "Tribute Page" on the HOF Legends Site shortly...he's deserving of all the kind comments that all here on the H.A.M.B. have already added.

    R.I.P., old friend.

    RIP Mr. Grabowski.

  15. Reminds me to take the time to let my rodding friends know how much they are appreciated and loved. Those hours spent hangin' out and working on rods together are precious - let's enjoy them all we can. RIP, Norm.

Sad to hear we lost another great guy who was so important to the hot rodder world. I will miss his jokes and opening a cold long neck on the side of his truck. RIP Norm and God speed!

Just so sad. Feels like part of your own life is now missing.

I met him at the HAMB drags as he was cruizin the pits. I was so star struck. Grew up with the kookie car on the black and white tv. Seeing him in movies doin that great whistle thing he could do.. I was dumbfounded.

He smiled and stopped, shook my hand, and made me feel like a million. I saw another celebrity one time in a little store and he was a total asshole. Never watch anything with him in it anymore. Such a jerk. Not Norm.

    Rest easy Mr. Norm.

    So sad

Sad, I've only met him a handful of times but he was always gracious enough to talk to a "nobody" like me.
    RIP, he was a ruler.

Poop. Not the best thing to hear today... He always had a smile and was fun to be around. I know he wasn't doing too well. He will be sorely missed... Rest easy Norm.

We had the privilege to hang with Norm at the Lonestar Roundup last year. He even signed my glove box in the Hudson. He will be missed
