Once again it was time for the 'Autumn Classic' meet at Prescott Hill climb track, run by the Bugatti Owners club, with a class for 'Drivers with Flat Heads'....
This Better? I had the shutter speed set a bit fast so it sort of freezes the action, but it looked pretty cool from the side of the track!
Hey Phil, it certainly felt like it was leaning more than that in the corners when I was in the back seat on the parade, too much ballast you think?
Thanks for posting all the great pictures. Some really cool looking cars taking part in a real tradition. The country side makes it look just like the USA in many ways. Best Regards Jimbo
Great pics, great rides! Always love seeing the pics from your events over there, especially the Prescott Hill Climb. The setting is perfect. HC.
A couple of great picture threads from other continents this morning. Thanks for sharing some great shots. Must have been lots of fun and some beautiful cars to boot.
Just to give you an idea of the diversity of cars there, here are a few more snaps. Steam Cars... Classic 'Yanks'!... And some Classic 'Brits'!... Thanks for your comments.
Damn,,,just damn,,sometimes I think you guys across the pond have a better understanding than we do when it comes to building traditional iron! HRP
It appears as though you got the hang of the new camera pretty quick Polie. Cracking photos mate. Sun, screeching tyres and vintage cars driven to within an inch of theirs lives, all set in beautiful English countryside and served with refreshing pints of Prescott Hill Climb Beer. I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather have been last weekend.
Great pics Polie, like Nifty says, looks like you got the camera right this time. I had a great weekend, racing, crashing, fixing then racing again. Great place, great track, great friends and great cars, what more can anyone want. Big thanks to all those that helped me get back out there, couldn't have done it without ya. Pete
