Customs Someone help ID this '54 Chevy!

This '54 was bought at a cruise night in Lynchburg V.A. back in 1999 by a guy local guy called 'Dash' who may have been a racer as he was in the Bonneville 200mph club. Dash sadly passed away in 2004 at age 58 and the car was bought by the friend he was with on the night he bought it.

That friend is a Dutch guy called Bow, and he still owns the car over in Holland.

I'm trying to find any history on who built the car originally, any details would be useful. Car is powered by a 350 and has a Mustang f/end with dropped spindles.

Anyone know it?
