Ug i am 16 and all most have my drivers permit so yes i can own a car.

  7. If you talk to an oldtimer, you dont need the use of the choke...
and the toggle switch only to turn on the "T" coil...just turn ign key off, coil on and you got flames.

Almost doesn't count. And you are way too young to smoke. Sadly many car events outlawed flamethrowers anyway.
Funny, where I almost grew up in central Illinois flamethrowers were rarely seen until the 80's the second incarnation of car shows. :)
Those things melt paint, tail lights, and pantie hose.

  9. here are mine they are bigger now with a little refinement

Your old thread does not go away because you start a new one if it did there would be nothing here.

Here is the deal kid, we rank flame throwers right up there with pomade and rolled cuffs. Sure some of the fellas still grease and roll their cuffs but that is because they think that makes them cool. It doesn't they just end up with stained pillow cases and pants that don't fit.

Look at it this way, at parties sometimes fellas decide to light farts, those are the fellas that have to main problems in life, the girls don't like them and they cannot carry on an intellegent conversation. They have to get attention some way.

Instead of wasting your time with flame throwers or lighting farts learn to carry on an intellegent conversation, build a decent car, and forget about the girls. If you don't pay any attention to the girls they will really want you, if you can carry on an intellegent conversation you will have something to do after you blow your load and if you learn to build a decent car you will have everyone's respect.

Do what you please kid, learn every aspect of what you intend on doing before doing it. Don't let anybody's words get you down. Everyone has an opinion. You want flame throwers? Do your research and make them the hottest flames around. To each thier own! Good luck!

Be sure to let your insurance company know of your idea for flame throwers!

With the price of gas now days; I can't for the life of me understand, why anyone would want to blow fuel and burn it out the tail pipes!

that barbeque in the chevy trunk would be good at tailgate parties. hard to tell where the grille mounted. One thing for certain, you better have some loooong handled BBQ tools.

Flamethrowers are dangerous and annoying. I have never seen a nice car that had them, and there is a reason for that. I worry about fuel leaks on the clunkers that these squirrels put flamethrowers on:eek:.

    Please stop it.

My car club (Twisted Wrenches) have been doing this forever, I go to them for reference, currently I have gotten a 4bbl intake for the car and Holley 650 double pump for flamethrowing... These are some of the guys I hang around and learn from;)

Hmmm...I'm not seeing the tradition in 8 inch flame throwing stacks. Is it just me?
