Its been a while since I last looked at this thread & wow there are some amazing coupes out there.

I'm looking for some inspiration for a colour choice (hopefully I wont copy anyone!).

    Its so damn hard tho.

At the moment I'm thinking a dark matte colour, but not black. narrows it down doesnt it? haha

Just paint your fenders the same color as the rest of your car is now and it will be perfect!

Thanks for that. Yeah I did try and paint the fenders the same colour but after trying everything I could not find an exact colour match (as per pic)

The body was originally a red oxide primer, but years of Texan sun has faded it.

Now Im after just one colour.

Love the survivor 3 window - lovely proportions, helped, if anything by the spare.

Now, I present you my car.
I started building there is a dozen years, and the last step, the upholstery was finished this winter.

    I live in France.
When I started building the car, it was not so easy now to find parts here.
Lot of work and time to get there ...

Beautiful car. Love the chop, the stance and the wheel/tire combo. Perfect !

  26. Speaking of the "Cop Shop" coupe, I was striping an old dragster for a guy in Kerrville, Tx a few yrs ago and found out he was original owner of that coupe...Tom Prufer. Last summer I bought his 96 2/2 Tahoe which has an original set of Eric Vaughn real wheels on it. I loved his early days hot rod stories.
