I own a 56 Ford sedan and live in Dripping Springs, TX. I came out of the post office this morning and found a piece of trim for my car sitting in the passenger seat with a note on it. I don't use the computer and you didn't leave a phone number. Thank you very kindly for the trim. You made my day.

I thought I was gonna get caught in the act and arrested for grand theft auto or something. Glad you got it. I see you all around town in that car and have for years... and frankly, it was driving me nuts seeing that door without the trim. I stumbled upon the piece a few months ago and finally caught ya. It was my pleasure.

Now, stick around and enjoy the site. You are amongst your people.

I'd like to say I did it out of the kindness of my heart, but honest to god I didn't... It was literally driving me crazy to see that car just about every week without that piece of stainless. I only did what had to be done to save my sanity!

In any case, old car people rule... Geoff and I are doing lunch tomorrow.

I've given up on explaining this place to those that don't know.
Now,Geoff, you'll need at find 4-5 extra hours a day to hang out here. Give up whatever you must to find the time.

Ryan, my lunch break is at noon so anytime around there is fine. The Nutty Brown works or there is a new pizza place on 290 in town. It's great. And I would love to see your Ford.
