Lots of people have these I later found out. :(
Oh well, still a damn cool table/wine "rack".

  8. Not exactly a work of art but I took a bunch of cast off parts from parts cars and built this.

Kitchen pantry pulls made from Model A door handles. Nothing fancy, but they make me smile every time I grab a can of soup. My wife loves them-another reason why I love her.

Mike, that little buggy might not be a work of art, but it sure looks like a fun ride!! The trans is connected directly to the rear axle? No rear suspension at all? Hard on the back if on a bumpy road, but still all grins!!

  15. I don't claim to be an artist but I recently ran across some work by an Aussie by the name of James Corbett that uses junk to build fantastic works of art. HRP

Made this light from a '56 wagon for the throne. The frame is from a '62 panel truck's stainless steel rocker panel trim.

1950 235 piston and bearings, with LS1 pushrods, rocker arms and lifters. I made this as a 9/11 tribute a couple years back. Unfortunately I pitched the other 5 pistons before I got the idea : (

I love the lamp! Thanks for the idea!

  24. It actually had front and rear suspension and a twelve inch drive shaft, I shortened a 66 Galaxie frame as much as I could just to see what would happen. Made a pretty good canyon runner but the park bench seat was hard on the butt bones.
I love a lot of this art work you guys have done, gonna steal the Cadillac Ranch idea when I retire the drag race car.

This is my (late) friend Jim Gary and a couple of his "20th Century Dinosaurs." With help from the Smithsonian and National Geographic,Jim and his creations toured the planet for a couple of years.
