For this year's Stray Kat Kustoms Starliner show I decided to make an entire weekend of it arriving at the host hotel Thursday evening and leaving on Sunday. I can't describe how great the weekend was. Thanks to all of my Stray Kat brothers and to the Lonely Knights and everyone else that traveled from as far away as Minnesota & California to join the fun.

I'll start off with some night shots from the host hotel parking lot.

Friday morning it was time to head out for the Garage Krawl, thanks to yblock292 for all the work in laying out such a cool day exploring some of the garages and shops in the area. A huge thank you goes out to all of the shops and garages that opened your doors to all of us hooligans!

The first stop was at Chaotic Customs in Mulvane, as we pulled up we run into Finkd (Jeff Myers) and Voodoo Jim cruising in Jeff's 57 Caddy.

Inside of Chaotic we see Drew Carlson's in progress way wild kustom pickup. Drew's parents Chris and Karma own Chaotic.

Lots going on in the shop including my dad's 39 Chevy up on the lift for a new Mustang II (original owners had put one in that was too wide to allow for proper alignment).

Then it was off to yblock292's place for a garage tour, he had all of his toys out. (and some fellow Mulvane Marauders' rides)

That's it for the first part, more from the Starliner Garage Krawl in part 2, see you at a show,

It was great seeing you Travis! We had a great time catching up with the Lonely Knights, as always, and meeting many new friends as well! As with all of the Stray Kat shows, it was more of a family reunion than a car show!

Travis thanks for the great pictures, I felt a little like a big version of one of those dolls. Lots of memories of those planes and Wichita in the 60s.

Awesome event coverage Travis, I had a blast and it is kool to hear that others did too.
We work hard to make the show a laid back event. We wanna have fun.

Fellow Stray Kat Kustom member Yblock292 (aka Jack) put together one of the Koolest
Krawls that we've done so far. I get all of the credit and Jack is the one that does all
of the work. (I guess that is the way it should be, LOL!!) Thanks Jack I couldnt do it
    without ya.

Big Rich and the Lonley Knights are the koolest Club that I know. They were at full force
and I always look forward to visiting with them. I had a blast talking about the old Hang'n
Dice days. The Lonley Knights helped out with the feed this year and they can cook fajitas
like no other. Both of our clubs have similar beliefs, The quality of food is important when
you attend a car show. Thanks guys

We ended up with 227 entires and that was up by 60 from last year. Very kool increase.
Our quality of Hot rods and Kustoms are improving every year and we are looking forward
    to a kool future.

Travis, cool pics and coverage as usual! Great seeing you and hanging out again. Couldn't have asked for better weather for the show, a little soppy Friday night, but thankfully no hail there!
Mick, order up another weekend like that next year brother!!

I am so glad you cover these events as well and as thoroughly as you do. I am always amazed at the number of cool rides I totally missed seeing, let alone shooting.
