Whoa, whoa, wait a minute.. This is your personal 3W and you have ANOTHER 3W you're building for your stepdad? Hoarder. I want one of them.

The stance on yours is awesome too. I think I'll take that one.

I'd have trouble NOT putting a 421 TriPower mill and 4spd in her or if the budget is NO budget, a MT Pontiac Hemi...

Thanks dudes. I'd love a less generic mill too, but this is what I can afford and I would rather drive my car sooner than later. I got a welder, I can always upgrade.

    thats pretty cool!

  8. I'm putting a SBC in my Dodge project until I can afford to get something rebuilt in the Mopar category. It's better to drive them then have pride keeping them shelved. Gots to keep it real cause the kids gots to eat man.

rendered out my arm/bubble setup real quick during lunch. Gonna sail that data to my CNC plamsa and see if it's up to the task of cutting the .5" pitman arm. we shall see.

The plan is to machine an aluminum cap for the top hole. Really excited to have my steering working. Pedals next then bodywork.

Thanks guys just building it on a budget. Got like $100 in the whole setup. I scoffed those pedals cheap. just gotta make the front body mounts then its sheetmetal time

$20 pedals, $60 for the masters maybe $25 in steel... im doing alright... thats the theme of this build. me being a cheap ass.

  23. I'm right there with you. I only have maybe $500 in my current project and that includes purchase cost. Its hard to justify $350 on a new bare set of pedals without the master cylinder or anything else. I know times are tough, but a man's got to eat too. That's my justification. New bumpers, new engine, and new transmission or food in my belly? :D

Decided to re-visit my windshield post issue too... A little happier this time. Still some tweaks to make.

  29. You're getting to the point where people who haven't followed the build and get to see it up close will start to ask, "So what did you do to it?" Quality craftsmanship. Looks incredible. :D
