well its looking pretty bleak for us hotrodders in the uk with possible new EU regs killing our hobby, but for now I am going to have fun.
Went to a pre 73 show with 1/8 mile racing and flag starts and a slalom course.
i done 20 runs down the 1/8th and 5-6 slaloms

it was a one day show and the best one i have been two, the rain come down just as the slalom started and with bald crossplies that i had to drive home on made it more exciting, biggest grin i have ever had.

Not been up the workshop, been enjoying the rotory M.o too much, got a couple of thousand miles on it now.

Like every one funds are low just for building cars, but lately I have been aquireing parts for the green M.o to hopefully get it out for next year.

I picked up a wider 9" as the one I had was to narrow, this I have nearly finished bracketing but I need to make another four bar as I rearranged the new bracket design from the old axle.

I know its not traditional stuff that I do but I enjoy posting so sorry that my builds are not in keeping cheers vin

Axle in jig recieving new brackets

Had today off work and very happy to have the front strut bars in, it took me what seemed like forever but got there in the end, the volvo brake master had to be removed as it ended up in the way, no probs just going to use ahydro boost system.

  20. I like these cars andI like what you´re doing with yours.
Couldn´t help but wonder how it would look as a coupe. Pretty good, even as a stocker i think.

Made the top mount brackets today, just tacked one in position just to hold the top of the strut to make it easier setting the rest up, got fed up with a floating strut hitting me on the back of the head.lol

no such luck with a cad designed cnc cut top mounts, just cut two 6mm plates andweld together drill and flie.lol
