Hi everyone, Finally signed up after visiting for a while. I live in Denver, CO and been a car guy for over 40 years, starting with a 55 Chev HT I had when I dated my future wife in High School. I am still with the same wife and have the same 55 Chev. We drove this car daily for almost 35 years until I started a rebuild just prior to the unexpected move to Denver about 6 years ago. The car has gone from a Cragar mag wheeled, raised white letter tire hot rod in High School (it was the mid 70's!) to a lowered, white walled, skirted, T&R interior mild custom for the past 30+ years. This is the direction I have planned for this build, with the help of the stack of little pages from the mid / late 50's and early 60's I have gathered. Those guys (and some gals) sure knew something about modifying relatively new cars back in the day. I look forward to reading about your projects, seeing your finished rides (if we ever really finish our cars) and learning from the great knowledge I have read so far. Rick
Thanks Doc. I grew up in the OK, southern KS area. Went to O U a long time ago and lived in Norman for 15 years. Still have a lot of family in that area.
