Coming up this weekend, August 24,25,26. This is a good show with 1500+ rods & customs in a beautiful park setting.

Both Joe Alig and I will be there Saturday all day, signing our book "East VS West Showdown". I only have a box full to sell so they should go fast. If you have already bought one, and want it signed by both authors, we will be signing them as well.

If your taking a car be prepared to pay $40 for just one day. I was going to go up just for the day tomm until i heard this. They apparently did away with the 1,2,and3 days passes .. Which was advertised

 

Great day at Macungie today (Friday). Nice weather and lots of cars. A handful of HAMBers showed up at the steps. Hopefully we'll have more on Sat. My car flunked the NSRA safety 23 inspection for the first time in 5 years. The safety inspectors were very thorough and provide a valuable service.

Had a time up there today, great weather and so many cool cars to see in one place !

 

I'm heading over tomorrow. Did anyone notice if there were any nice roadsters for sale?

 

This one looked nice. It was parked behind the registration booth. I think the price was listed in the low twenties.
p.s. I think my inbox is ok now.

 

That's one of the reasons I begged off on taking the car. It's a tad steep for a cheap-ass like me.
