Can't thank you enough for your wonderful photographs. You have documented the 2012 year for Bonneville into our history. Makes me feel like I was there but I know I wasn't 'cause I'm not sunburned on the bottom of my ears, bottom of my nose and under my chin.

Thanks for your excellent coverage Doug. I arrived on the salt Wednesday morning and discovered quite a few cars that, as far as I can tell, no one has covered. I am editing my shots and I believe I have enough different ones to start another thread. Nice to be there with no crowds to get in the way.

 

these Sonnet's were built so light that when you take the windshield out the roof drops a couple inches. you have to put your arm inside to lift the roof as you reinstall the glass. I would want it caged to drive on the street

Pictures are simply... beautiful. A few years back, I was working in Salt Lake and took the rental to Bonneville just to see the salt. Nothing was going on. I've never been to a meet but next year...I am IN. See ya. Thanks
