Just wanted to put up a post about my recent experience with O'Brien Truckers. I purchased a set of finned air cleaners from them at the Nats in Louisville. I never checked them while I was there, didn't get the chance until I got hope from work on the following Monday. Found that I had gotten 2 smooth and 1 finned air cleaner. Called them, got the answering machine, said they would be back on the 8th. Left my message, number etc.

11am on the 9th, I received a call from them, they told me how to return the wrong parts to them and that they would send the correct ones out that day,no questions asked. I thought that was very cool,so I get home from work today and found a package from them waiting on the porch. They not only sent me the correct air cleaner tops, but also sent me a check for the amount I spent to ship the incorrect ones back to them! I was happy they exchanged the parts with no hassles, but never expected them to pay for the shipping.

I guess the whole point of this post is to say that it was nice to see that some business owners still know what great customer service is.

That's awesome. I haven't ever dealt with them, but I have chrome plated a variety of their parts. They were very high quality cast aluminum and therefore polished up and plated very nice.

Glad to see you are supporting Alliance vendors. Dennis is a hard working guy, supporting the hobby and has quality products. Wish we had more vendors like him.

Soooooo good to hear. Thats all customers want,a fair price and good service. From other posts that I have read it looks like O'Brien's could conduct a clinic for a few suppliers.
