Do you know any car dealers that get used cars out of the east on a regular basis? Here locally we have a dealership that brings cars out from an auction in Pennsylvania on a regular basis and the convoy trucks most likely are looking for loads going back east. Otherwise I'd check with the Hamb Haulers and see if one needs a back haul going east.
You can drive it easily in 3-4 days and see alot of the country you won't see if you fly over it, but the main thing is......WHY would you leave there to come to the Northeast????? REALLY?? On PURPOSE?? Mostly kidding, good luck
Thats my argument, she's going for work reasons for some time, IM NOT GOING! Id drive with her for the cruise, but she has . . . "all the reasons not too"
what the guy above me said, Amtrack hauls cars, Clark and his buddies here on the board used to load all of their hot rods up on the train in PA then ride the rails to Daytona for the turkey run....dunno what it costs but i'm sure it's cheaper than getting it trucked up there.
