    It's a '53 De Soto 251 flathead six. Completely restored and bored to 260 ci. Equipped with a milled "Spitfire" head, a triple carb inlet manifold for Carter BBR-1 carbs and dual headers.

    I didn´t know so mutch about the roadster but i whas told it is a Spitfire engine and in that way i think it must be a Triumph .
    Go like a rocket up on Devils Peak :)

    What's up with all these Scandinavians building hot rods better than anything I see around here?!?!

    Holy moly, some of those roadsters give me the chills! I mean complete package: proportions, stance, honest feel and honest finish. Many of these cars would look fabulous in The Rodder's Journal. I keep thinking I am looking at cars from Don Montgomery books!

    Looks awsome as usual, love all the banger and flathead engines!!! The Jokers MC also have some of the REALEST period correct bobbers ever! Great stuff!!!

  27. I anxiously await all year, for the pics from this, and the other Scandinavian events. It is truly like looking at the pics from early hot rodding, except without that damn desert dust from the dry lakes.;) Thank You, for showing the world, how to have a traditional event.
