What would be the "approx" value of an average chopped 5 window that needs minor patch panels on the east coast compared to a west coast car? Has garnish mouldings too
I sure would like to find one. I have a glass roadster that I would just love to set a steel coupe body on. I know that doesn't help you, but I'm sure one of these guys will. Not cheap though.
Are you kidding Just want to assure myself I got the right deal NOT for sale anytime. Looks great next to my 2 other 32's lol
The body is what I'm curious of I pretty know the value of the parts. I've built 2 other 32's Here's a link on here of the body http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=721443
This is just my opinion,...... The heavy chop (That I really like by the way) most likely would be a deterrent to a lot of guys looking to build a street car. reducing the marketability,..... I am guessing between $8,500. to $10,500....... Again only my opinion.
I'm just going to sit by and watch, then kick myself for not having the funds to move on one I know about. Bob
I believe that the true value of anything is: What it is worth to you, or what someone else will pay....$12,000. sounds about right.
It's worth less today than it will be in 5 years. Just hold your nose and bite the bullet. You never pay too much you just buy too soon. I was ashamed of what I paid for my Deuce roadster and never told anyone but it soon made me look smart.
Gotta remember the car market is horrible right now. So I dont know if it will be worth more in 5 years than it is right now.
That's what they said when they said 10Gs for a running driving 32 hotrod was lunacy. We were sure that 75 cents a gallon for gas would eliminate the hotrod hobby. Hasn't worked so far.
