Had a good time at my buddies hog roast giving rides in my rusty, out of the barn Model A on Saturday. Kids young and old loved it. I hope one of the kids becomes a car guy in the future. It was a great way to enjoy my old car. Lots of photos were taken but I did not get any of them. Let's hear you stories of sharing your old car

Once a year i drive my 30 A tudor (old unmolested stocker) to my sons daycare and let the kids play in it all day. Now that my son knows what is going on, he gets real protective of it. He is 3. It is hilarious to watch.

That was a cool thing to do. I went to a cruise Saturday and a kid asked if he could sit in my T, so his dad could get a pic. He seemed shocked that I said yes. Probably made his week.

I was expecting a real junky car, but that one looks fine. Yes, they will remember that ride.

It sat in the barn for 35 years but I think it was painted and got a new interior about 1960 when my grandfather bought.

I think there are more pics around of kids in my T then with me in it. Little kids always get a kick out of sitting in it :)

Good on you! Whenever I'm at a show or wherever, I let interested kids jump into the cab or bed of my truck to experience the old vehicle vibe. Their parents are typically shocked, considering all the "look but don't touch" signs on the other vehicles. lol.

My kids, grown now, always remind me of the 33 Nash three window with rumble seat we used to have. They want to know if I can buy it back! It's been gone 13 years. I sold it to someone who says he will NEVER sell it. It is true that your youngsters will always remember that just like I remembered the ride in my Gramps 58 Cadillac...what a car!
