What color with red interior?

  1. The Ivory sounds good or a nice creamy white

A car with a red interior looks cool with black paint. It also looks good with silver or red paint... If I wanted to get crazy cool with a red interior, I would definitely consider a 2 tone:cool: What about black over silver, or black over red?;)

I think Silver or Black would go nicely on a Riv with a red interior. Or maybe even a maroon?

I see most reccomendations are the color of their rig. Ivery gets my vote, looks cleanest , cooler in hot weather, and just a personal fave. The car will look great which ever way you go, can't beat a Riv!! ~sololobo~

Gold. Trust me. Think the light champagne color GM had in the early 1960s. It looks great on those cars and it'll go well with the red interior.

But the silver or black will also rock.

    Black is where its at...

  12. One of my '65 GTO's and my '62 Grand Prix both came from the factory with a red interior and a Cameo Ivory (white) exterior. Because of that color combo many people commented that they like the look and that it's different because everybody paints a car red, black or silver when they have a red interior.

Pontiac did offer a gold with a red interior in '66 on the GTO's and others..... Seen it and it made me wanna puke!

    I'm just sayin'!

So many good options with red interior. My choice, and what is planned for my '32 roadster, is a light to medium metallic blue ('56 Porsche Aquamarine Blue) with red interior.

I like some of the yellow cars with red interior

  17. The Riv is such a classy looking car it looks good in ANY color. However, if it were my car, and I were painting it, I would have to go with a shade of white. My second choice would be red, you don't see red Rivieras often.

What will the wheel/tire combo be? And low low will it sit? Will this be a early '60's theme?

  19. Slammed, I like where you are going with this!
