Marty and Jack..".busy as a one legged cat trying to bury a turd on a froze over lake." The paint is really getting a shine to it.

Huge thanks to Robert and crew at Morenos Metal Polishing in Fresno....picked up 34 pieces of stainless from them today. Couple pieces from the interior were so damaged that I thought they were beyond repair. Fucking are absolutely beautiful...could not believe it.

A shoebox really does have a nice butt when the trunk handle and license recess are removed. Looks great!

It looks like you could swim in that paint.

That shouldnt be a problem, it's supposed to be 99 degrees here.

  15. I'll stay the fuck out of this thread from this post further, just trying to go over the top in explaining how much in love I am with this car. As to the drinking, been sober since 7-14-78 and damned proud of it. Royalshifter, just because I'm not posting about your work of art anymore doesn't mean I'm not loving it. It's Fucking awesome. Sam out

That is coming out really nice Skip. That is one of those cars that I think you could put any color you wanted on it and it would look good!, not many like that around. Although I like the colors you chose!

Great example of the mirror image in the car....Jack and his son.

Man, have you come a long way on that car since you brought it home. Beautiful as it is now, it's definitely going to be in a class by itself when you are finished.
