Well ,I finally have a reason to post up here :) About 10yrs ago I spotted a pretty clean 50 Plymouth Business coupe in a friends ,friends drive that I was buying a truck from .. asked him if He was interested in sellin it but He had plans to "build it" and that was the last time it was mentioned.. Over the last decade he got married and moved to a bigger house etc etc..life.. I have run into him a few times but never thought to ask about the car cause he flips stuff like crazy so I just assumes at some point it was sold.. Well jump forward to a few weeks ago another friend of a friend who I ran into was talkin cars and mentioned Kieths Plymouth was still sitting out in the desert at his place and had been for like 7 yrs :/ So I got in touch with Dude and He said he just got to busy to mess with it plus he was building a PreRunner rig blah blah whatever BUT I happen to have a Lexus 1UZ v8 he was lookin for so we struck a sweet deal ,at least on My part haha and I finally got the plymouth after a decade.. Dragged it out of the desert ,kicked out a few pack rats and Black widows, rebuilt the carb and tank and the old flathead purrs like new :)

little bit of chopping of top and drop the back down , that would really make a nice car

  11. Extremely jealous. When i was looking for my first car I found a 49 business coupe for $100. It was a pretty rough project. I wanted it so bad but pops put the kybosh on it. I've wanted one ever since.

Has an aggressive look to it. I'd paint it black and toss some black walls and moon caps on it.

Just shows, never hurts to ask! Drive it...that coupe was cool from the factory. Plym-r-roddy it as you go, sez another Hamber on no budget.
