show me pictures of how you mounted an in bed gas tank.

Looking for inspiration to mount a gas tank behind my cab, in the bed of my 1935 International. I have a universal 16 gal old style tank, so I want it visible.
Any pictures would be helpful. Thanks

 

plain and simple...speedway brackets...battery is in the toolbox...cant tell you how many people say "dont forget your toolbox, thats nice and will get stolen" hahahaha

one thing i would change is i would mount the tank about an inch farther from the bed front...if i spill gas right now my hand is too big to get back there and wipe it up

 

My 36 has the tank in the bed, I built a wooden box around it, added speaker grilles to the box, nobody knows its a gas tank.

I felt dealing with overflow and venting was important, so I made a little bucket to fit around the filler, ran the vent line to it and an overfill out and away from the exhaust.

I built a wooden box around it

 

Its an aluminum military surplus tank, made some straps and used old trampoline springs to keep it held tight n anchored the straps to the floor

 

A little angle iron crib & some early Model T steel straps from The Hot Rod Co. & that's it. I did line the inside of the straps with rubber to prevent metal on metal chafing. The tank is from a 1924 Federal-Knight truck, by the way.
