You should be in Photoshop Heaven for awhile....Thanks for the additional photos. '57 Caddy Hubcaps for sure....Consider PS'ing the Skirts off. Dump it in Front......You have more car to start with than most of us end up with....Please keep us up to date and don't be stingy with the Photoshop versions......
I know I'll be in Photoshop heaven for quite awhile. I'll try not to be stingy with sharing. Thanks for the kind words. -Quentin
You can be sure it's 100% Monterey. '56 was the only year of short top Monterey's & Ford Customline Victorias. Montclair had the chrome under the side windows..
Thanks you. I do as well. I think it is. Agreed. I don't think I will be popping the hood a lot at all. Yeah, like I said I am 99.9% sure it is. But I have been wrong in the past. Thanks!
Absolutely beautiful. My first car back in '64 was a '56 Mercury Monterrey...black with red/white interior. God, I loved that car.
Thanks! Congrats on your recent purchase. Have you posted pictures anywhere? Thanks! I like it too. Thanks for looking. Thanks. 57 caddy hubcaps eventually. These cars are pretty awesome. Thanks! Yeah it works really well on this car. Thanks!
Honestly not a whole lot. It was having an overheating issue and the A/C wasn't working that great. We have since added a new fan and shroud to correct the overheating problem and we have recharged the ac and got the ac blowing ice cold, even though it is winter. We have just been driving it and really enjoying the car. Runs great, we took it to a show in Lamar, Missouri and averaged just over 18 mpg.
