Cheers dude yup ya missed out but there's more shows out there just not till summer haha catch ya soon
Anybody ever wonder why the fatory didn't think of these slight differences? They make such a huge differance, no matter how subtle. Looks awesome. Good deal!
Very nice. I keep wondering if the 54 Merc & the 50 2dr I sent over are being worked on. Haven't heard a word since they were shipped.
I agree couldn't the factory's see what people were doing to there cars and take some ideas from that?
Sold the cars on the HAMB, hopefully he'll see this and reply. I don't want to give out information without his permission. Just hope he found the cars to be satisfactory.
Thanks everyone for your kind words it was alot work and I'm stoked with it ,when you can put a picture in your head and make it into reality it's really rewarding and here's one more pic
The car looks great. Not just the conversion, but everything on it looks period correct, down to the last detail. The black and white pic could pass for 1958 pretty easily.
It's got a flathead 8ba bored 60 over ,400 isky cam, two 48 carbs on a offy regular dual intake with a 70s ford three speed gearbox hooked up to the column shift , it has an awesome note to it I'll see what I can do about a YouTube link
Now you just need to switch sides for the steering wheel>>>> Just kidding and nice work. Side trim and grill make it pop.
That looks fucking awesome Ashley. Good job. The fuel launch woulda been cool up there. Car looks so different and the golds sweet as. Get it down to chopped. Des
