Hot Rods Salt Flat Hot Rods picture thread..

Here's some I took this year.

 

Did you want this thread to be for actual race cars and serious race / street vehicles, or do the poser street cars making a trip out on the salt for a photo shoot also make the cut? Gary

 

Here's a pic of my car, waiting to run, and one of Rich Fox pushing us to the tech line.

 

Third car is the Paul Howard AV8, #37B. Paul passed away last spring. One of the real great hot rodders. A large loss to the hobby. RIP.

Here's my ride and my support rig. World of Speed last week.

 

Here are a couple shots of my D/BSTR , we qualified three time this year with a best of 219.9 on a 217.5 record . We had handling issues to prevent a clean backup pass.
