It's next weekend guys. Hope some of you can make it. I would appreciate it. It's terrible to think of loosing one of your kids to cancer.
will there be a place to donate once we are there? Me and the family will prob show with out the shoe but would like to help out with a donation.
I really don't know any details about the show. I was asked by Darryl to post it for him. I'm pretty sure they will have something set up for donations...
I wish I was close enough to attend this. My wife was diagnosed just over a month ago with a late-stage cervical cancer. Cancer sucks!!
Bob, I would love to go but I'll be in Austin for the release of our book "the Jalopy Journal in Print". I hope there is a big turn out for their show.
My son has had some serious medical issues, I know the pain a parent (or grandparent) can feel when a child is ill. If I lived anywhere near there both myself and my son would attend with my Acadian. I hope any HAMBERS in the area can make an apperance and support this good cause!
It was a cool little show, maybe 20 cars. Not bad for the first one. The Roth family was all there, except Little Daddy. Chevy54 rolled out there with me,and there were two other HAMBers there,39ChevyCoupe and can't recall the other guys name, but he had a nice Ford Pick-up. I'll post the pic's when I get back home tonight. 39ChevyCoupe won People's Choice,I think it was. Fellow MoFo,Warren brought out his green Ford Sedan and hung out with us.
Couple pics of Bad Bob & Chevy54's cars at the show. Good to meet you, Bob & Eric! Nice rides, and thanks for letting me hang with you guys.
