It's only my useless opinion but, keep the hood, paint the fenders, and I was going to say, forget the door logo. But I am too late! When everybody does it, it is not that unique.
There is a 25 page thread on here about door logos, now you can join them.
    Nice truck though.

  6. Hey, thanks to everyone for their kind comments. I just love driving this thing around. I finished it on the last weekend of August last year, and I've got 16,000 miles on it already, been to NC, SC, MA, NY and many more road trips in the future.

travj31 - its a MII with 2" dropped spindles on the front and a 58 ford 9" out back with parallel leaf springs.

I think the door logo is the icing on the cake;)
Trendy or not, a shop truck should have a door logo (in my opinion)and they are all unique in there own diffrent way;)

Love it!! Stance is right on. That trunk is perfect.

Only thing I would do is satin finish the air cleaner top to match the valve covers.

    Nice work.

Nice truck. I love the stance, especially how you stuffed those rear tires into the fender. What size tire is that?

I love your truck. The door logo is cool. The details make all the difference. Mine is a DD also and work out of it daily. They are alot of fun.

Door lettering is good. In Canada there is so little of anything you'll be unique at everys how. You should do a tech thread on how you did it to make it look aged.

  23. Just a quick update, I just got my seat back, the last peice I've been putting off, so now the truck looks complete, 24,000 miles on it in a year and half, and of that it is put away for 3-4 months each year while the bad white stuff is here.
