Awesome even more reason for me to follow along!!! I have a 327 for mine that my brother gave me and one of the biggest reasonings behind it is the AC here in the south!!!! I plan on dressing it up pretty stock looking as well and plan on putting the same trans too. I don't think you should hate it, it's gonna rule and will take nothing away from the styling of that car.....in fact it might add to it since you'll have a pretty lady getting out of it.

Thats hilarious.... my wife can't drive stick and I'll be converting my 3-on-tree to turbo 350 auto cause she wants to drive it every once in a while... I'm adding air too... little one on the way..... thought of throwing in a 283... but the 6 just runs too good!

I am almost done setting up my rear suspension very similar to yours. I do have a question, though. What spacers/bushings did you/the guy who set up your rear suspension use for your springs in the shackles/in the shackle boxes? I am trying to do something with aluminum spacers and rubber washers, but they just don't seem to work right. How much play did you have in the shackle/spring? Please let me know.

Great build. I have a ton of compassion for what you have gone thru in finding horrorshows under tons of bondo. Same story on my build .I'm thinkin' of calling my 50 "Can O' Worms" .
