Handmade Aluminum Steering wheel with Rods

    Well I have been going to put this together for a long time now. I finally took the time to finish it up. Its along the lines of the one I did for my coupe a few years ago. Only its light weight and in aluminum. I have been making rings for the wheels and selling them for a while. I decided to try an aluminum one. Here it goes. I is 15" around. It has two old small gas motor aluminum rods. IT only weighs 1.5 LBS.. I just got to do some hand work and polish it

    I used to have an old ten speed that had clear blue bar tape with some silver flake in it. I think you can by that stuff repop in a variety of colors.

    But are you sure it's only 15" around. That makes it about 5" across.
