My name is Kelly Hawthorne and I wanted to introduce myself to the H.A.M.B. I've always been in love with hot rods, bikes and drag racing. It seems like I grew up in the paint dept of the GM Corvette plant where my dad worked. I've got a great family, wife and 4 kids, that keep me busy and keep me grounded when I get the hot rod fever. I'm not a vast source of knowledge and I don't have the nicest cars but I try! I'm still driving a 57 Chevy truck that I built in a little shop in 05. Last year, I sold a 61 Impala that was like one of my kids. I'm not much of a talker/poster but I am reading....and I want to say thanks in advance for all the entertainment, information, photos, etc.
Thanks Rich...Buckshot is a cool ride. Got a lot of attention. Funny how you know someone by their hot rod even though you've never met them!
