G'day, I have just joined the JJ. I have been a Bike rider for most of my life, but have also been into cars. I have just picked up a 1964 XM Ford Falcon wagon which is going to be my new project. I recently finished a Yamaha XS650 chopper that I built in an Old Skool style (and might I mention that about 3 weeks ago I put it in a show and won!) anyway. My falcon wagon (like a squire) 170ci, 3 speed manual, is a one owner barn find. I bought it about 3 months ago but am yet to see it in person as it is over the other side of Australia, and it is a big place. Just today the bloke I bought it from called me to tell me he put a new clutch in it for me so i can arranged to have it picked up on a car carrier. I have never met this bloke but already we a mates, with the XM as our connection. When i built my XS I made friends all over the world on blogs etc and I am hoping this pattern will continue here on the JJ. Similar interests and bouncing ideas of other people, sounds OK to me. Anyway, until i post some stuff up about my build, see ya.
