I was out early this morning warming up the 32 Roadster for a drive down the valley to Sugarcreek. They had the Fabulous Fifties Car Show. I was really glad I had my leather bomber jacket and spitfire goggles on as it was only 50 this morning and the big valleys even cooler. Great show as always! 32 Spitfire http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=502413&highlight=32+spitfire
Here in the Northeast, I never got used to the cold ride in the early morning going to work every day. Started out on a hilltop where is was not too bad, but all downhill into the valleys where is was colder. Sold the last roadster I'll ever own in 1985. I bought my first cabriolet a few months later...with roll up windows and heat
Early morning or late summer evenings are just awesome in the roadster. It might help the next cool morning to shut the cowl vent! Thanks everyone! 32 Spitfire
