Thought I'd give this thread a little update. I know these magazines are from the early 70s, but these cars are built in the late 60s style... slicks, mags, exposed engine, etc...

This was at the Jalopy Showdown this year... pretty cool little truck, it had endless line all over the firewall and some nice flake paint.

I think it's cool you and your brother have similar cars. Love those Radir 12-spokes. What's the purpose of the different color primer/paint around the drip rail and body lines?

We are going to two tone the body like a stock model A ,the primer is just to see what it would look like two tone. my brother liked my car so much he wanted one like it,and this is what I came up with.

 

The car has been purchased. Was just at the gasser reunion in Thompson OH. (The HURST Gasser Passer)
