Thanks Kerry for putting this thread up..I talked to Norm this past Friday and he sounded like his oldself...told him we were all praying for him and wishing him the very best...was sent this pic back in the day of Normie doing the "Polish Flag"...Hope he gets well enough to do this again!! I love you brother...Joe Also a good pic of the Henway soon after it was completed..(WOW) These pictures compliments of the Ed Woodard Collection who is also a good friend of Norm's...Thanks Ed for sharing these oldies of Norman
My favorite pic of Norm is the old LOOK or LIFE magazine artical. It showed Norm in dress clothes and a huge gantry crane in his driveway, with the back of the T hooked to a chainfall and it was 3 feet off the ground already.. There's Norm, jumping 4 feet off the ground to get another pull. ...and the oil oilsoaked grease slick in the driveway, showed a lot of past work done
I smile everytime I remember Norm entertaining at Gatlingburg and whistling and singing a VERY unique version of "Riders in the Sky!" Norm IS the man. All the best, Al

Got ya' on my prayer list Norm,.... even if your feeling good,.. we can all use some prayers on our behalf. It was a blast visiting you a couple years ago.... I will be in touch.
He called my buddy Karl the other day, and Karl said he thought he was talking by using one of those voice-box thingys...will he be able to talk normally eventually? Pullin' for ya Normie Poo...
All the best Norm from an ex Burbank Pickups Limited member. Your 55 inspired me to build my black 56 F-100. Met you once but have always heard about your goings on. Keep on the mend man. Found some pictures of the Pickup I was babbling about. Sorry for the quality but ever try taking a picture of a 40 year old Magazine? But you get the idea of the work this guy did even back then 1972.
Norm, All of The Over the Hill Gang San Bernardino, CA 271 members send their Best Wishes and Prayers for a Speedy Recovery. I personally had the honor of meeting you at the 1976 NSRA Nats and once again at one of our club meetings. You are still listed on our roster as an Honorary out of state member.
Thank you, Mo Mentum, for posting this great news. We have all been so worried. Norm, you have more friends than I think the law allows, you need to run for office. Keep the faith, we are all in your corner. Don
