My $10 yard sale buy

  1. American Racing T70R 15x8.5 GM 4 3/4 bolt pattern,i know its not much but I'm happy with it and he wanted $15 for it and i talked him down to $10

    Worth that for a yard ornament ! Bargains are out there. That's why I stopped looking at yard sales.

  9. he said he could get $15 scrap for it but he still took $10.i don't do yard sales but i seen the wheel as i passed by so i went back...wish i could find another one just like this one real cheap

    Thats the truth, alot of good vintage aluminum rims going to scrap down here in Florida. I try to chase them down when I see them going down road. Got a set of 15 x 10 aluminum slots recently, chevy pattern off the back of a scrappers truck gave him a little more than scrap price to make it worth his while, he was happy and so was I. If you know scrappers in your area it's good to make friends with them and tell them the stuff your interested in, it surprises me the stuff people scrap when the price is up, economy sucking has alot to do it with also.
