Event Coverage ***Antique Nationals, 200 photos

Hey Doug - not sure how we missed each other - not only is this my beater right when we got there, but that's my arm in the left of the picture and my buddy Jimmy The Tile Man putting on the backpack. Damn, you were right THERE!

 

Had a great time as always, glad to see they were able to have the show after all, I loved the 3 foot wheel stand Kiwi Kevan did with his willys, he was pretty frustrated though because once he got to 5000 rpm , the motor sputered on him, anyway it made my day, I 've been waiting years to see his car go down the track.

Don, I walk and shoot really, really fast....429 photos in 200 minutes.
My body is like a ticking time bomb. I can feel when the fuse is lit and that notifies me that I have about 30 more minutes before I'm close to croakin'...
Gotta cover this stuff fast.
Lots of folks can't get to these events, so I'm doing my best to get some coverage the best I can.

This was a real good even, I always wanted to attend this show and this year I dragged my but out to the show. There were some awsome cars out there, I think there were more participants than spectators. These are some perfect pictures they really capture the even. Nice job!!

She ended up doing the first run and had a blast! A smile ear to ear!

Excellent shots! It must have taken quite a bit of time to do that..I always enjoy your photos. By the way, I just got back from the left coast & suffered through the "June Gloom." It ruined my waking up & looking out the window every day. Then, after breakfast, I stepped out in to the insidious sunshine. It hasn't stopped raining since I got home.
