Another What is it thread

    Friend of mine is fixing to pick this up. He was told it was a 34 Ford,but we dont think that is what it is. So ... How about a little help from the folks with more knowledge ?? He is going to go pick it up on Thursday !!

    Pretty sure it's a '36 Packard.

    Yes I agree on the photos being to small. They are what were sent to him. I will not be able to get better pics until he gets it back here on Thursday.
     

  5. Yup, mid 30's Packard coupe- looks like a 120, but if it's an 8 or Super 8, it'll be hard to find running boards... ask me how I know :)

    1935 Packard sport coupe? The back window and swooping cowl look the same..suicide doors? Maybe 1936?

  8. You're right harv- it is a little coupe (the big coupes had a golf bag door on the drivers side)!

    Here is a 36, looks to be it, non suicide doors...good looking cars.

  10. And the 4 doors are still in a reasonable price range, which would give you all but the trunk for parts :)

    So ... the general idea so far is 36 Packard. I will try to get better pics and maybe some numbers as soon as it gets here. Thanks for the help !!!
