Skratch bult Fender skirts... And my favorite, the extended body line around the tailgate. That's pure butter.
Wow, impressive.... its different to see a kustom truck... love the rounded corners and bed work, came out great guys! Best of all, its on springs not bags.
I talked to him there and asked how the drive out was, he said it was " a little boring in spots". What you want to be able to say on a trip of that length. I also made a comment on his long range gas tank install, not pretty but works great.
I like the plymouth part, but I'm not convinced on the Buick Bar....... maybe after we get some mesh behind them with some scallops something will present itself..... and there will be a bed cover soon as well..... the tank is ugly but there is something to be said for being able to cross the distance between Needles and Barstow without worrying about running out of gas....... aluminum radiators rock...... Langdon's Stovebolt knows what they're talking about...... see more updates in Salina.....
I borrowed this pictures from www.customikes.com Be sure to check out his other pics.. I love to see Kustoms parked on the grass.. Happy Trails, Mick
yes..... it still had the big block in it then...... and that's my old T coupe, which now belongs to Dan Collins, in the background.....
The truck now resides in Texas in Pushrod Mike's collection. Here's a shot of it as the Stray Kat 500 this May. Daddyo54 of Pushrod & Atlas Speed & Custom drove it up for the show and says it's made for driving.
