I'm replacing my rear end out of my 1948 Desoto coupe. But does anyone know what size and/or model I can use to replacement?

IF it is the same width as the 46-8(& other years) Plyms & dodges the 65-68 C body is supposed to be a bolt in, but reportedly moves axle forward 1". If you don't mind relocating spring perches 70s Duster/Dart, 71-3 Mustang/Cougar, 70s Ranchero are the right width.

I've done two 46-8 Dodge sedans and put '76 Torino 9 inch in both. They are coil rearends so require some bracket cutting & welding but fit real well using the stock wheels.
