I love this James! It looks nice and light with just the outlining- filling them in would be much too heavy and distracting. Well done, as usual.

    Thanks Rot N
I do like seeing those wheels on it because thats an option I've been considering. I don't plan on chopping the top at this point! I'm deff thinking a darker blue.
Hey now I can say I've seen my car on the salt!

Simple shave, drop, chrome wheels, chrome back bumper, and a little paint enhancement.

Maybe not quite what you had in mind but should help with the fender radius.

I'm thinking of going with a salt flats/drag style (I know there weren't a ton of late 40's coupes on the salt but I like to play what if)!

    How about this....

I like the other versions everyone has done, but here's one with the driver still in the car.

P.S. Working The real photochop, too, but that will take some time.

Im planning to paint my 55 back how it was in the 60s, metallic blue with the same lettering on the door and yellow lettering for the E/GAS on the rear quarter. I would like to see how this would look before I actually take the leap. Im also open to idears for additional lettering. Thanks in advance.
