    I'll second the stone guard class.
    Those are more awesomer than a lot of awesome things that are really awesome.

    No real secret on the headlights..... just played with mesh until it had a good shape and trimed the headlight ring to hold it in.......

    I've been wanting to build a car with stone guard for years! Excited about this coupe!

    The work at your shop is fantastic because it back to old skills and back to using old metal. What a great place.

    Love the blacksmithing like the elders did.

    but I still like the Chevy taillights in stock form, but I do get what the screens are all about, and it fits that build. Nice workmanship.

    ....And it sounds like you like to be at your job; not many can say that.

    The mesh from off-road, clamp-on intake screens for an early(ahem) bug are already bent in the same general shape and look damn close. Can't remember the diameter though.

    Might be an idea.

    Got around to putting mesh in the other headlight.....
