What do you think of my first chop?

    Looks like you did your homework before you started, nice job on the proportions. Keep the pics coming as the build progresses....first chop my a$$:eek:;)

    looks great. ive cut a couple model As , but that car was a lot of work. hope to see it around town.

    Is it just me or does the top of the roof have a flat spot? It distracts my eyes from what otherwise looks like a really nicely done chop.
     
  14. There is a couple creases in the roof that happened with previous owners. I still have to them straighten out.
     
  15. Still have a lot of work ahead. But here's how she sits now.

    Looks damned good. Great profile, and such a nice flow from the roof into the trunk. Did you get prices for glass and getting the vent windows done? Looking forward to seein' this in paint.

    A chop sure wakes those cars up. My dad had a 50' and I thought it was ugly at the time. Now I see the lines and that chop is killer.
     
  20. I haven't gotten prices for the rest of the glass yet. I still have to make the templates. I got a good deal on the windshield. It's just the stock glass cut down.
