   distributor is worn out and making the points jump all over the place at high rpm. problem fixed car runs fine. New electronic distributor looks great and man she runs good. THanks for everyones help troubleshooting!!!

   After reading this thread, did just replace the guts of the distributor or buy a total distributor? Would you tell me who sells electronic distributors.
