Im too shy to start a thread about my car, and I dont even know if it will fit in here so Ill just sneak them in in this thread since I drive it to work everyday and so.

Stretched the fenders about 8 inches. When Im done with that I think Ill go apeshit on the roof. Want to do something about the hood too

I'm not a corvette guy, but that is a super clean example, and to be a daily drive in the UK, I can understand , that , that shows you truely are a car guy as petrol over there is about as expensive as water!

I agree with you though, even after a bad day, the drive home in my olds makes it all ok, the car is worth it just for the attitude adjustment it does.

A bit of a change for my daily.
It's had a change of wheels & the fenders are done (well, they are on, just no paint yet )
I do not want to take it off the road (my only car) so the paint may have to wait for a while................ so what if te fenders start rusting ;))

Recently enjoyed the '27 roadster, mid-seventies through mid Eighties Austin (1600 Datsun with 4-spd) and my Volvo (SB Chev, tube-frmae & cage, quickchange...) that drove all but the bad snow months. Long handled scrapper for defrost was my best friend many nights!

I drive my 62 galaxie everyday to and from work. I only work 3 miles round trip from home so gas is no big deal.

My '58 Ranchero, Pringle's '63 1/2 Comet and my '50... I mostly drive the Ranchero.

I'm 44 years old and still don't have a "grownup" car...

(also, the Roadster will be coming back after its rebuild)

lately I either drive the 66 F-100 or the 67 VW, both are good on gas and a blast to drive. I just switch back and forth!

Weez, I love your '50 and the Ranchero.

Is it an optical illusion or is the paint cracking on your '50s sail panel?

I just picked up a new truck to split the driving time with my '51.

I still drive the crap out of the Pontiac daily, but now I have a truck to haul stuff around with that I dont have to worry about as much. :D

The Pontiac will be getting re-cleared on Thursday.

1960 Falcon gasser. It's my only transportation at the moment. Cut the timing back a little so I can run it 87 octane. Rear has 3:27 gear with the 4speed it'll cruise 65mph easy. Going to change the 750cfm mech sec. holley out for a 650cfm soon try and pick a little mileage up. Doesn't do bad right now, as long as I keep my foot out of it!:D
